here is my latest build....a bit tricky: I want to show the engine DALRC....it's a really beautiful 4in1 ESC.... and buried in the bottom of the stack is jut a crime!! so i decided to put it on top! follow by the VTX....and the FC.

The FC is the Joshua Bardwell's one...and it's very nice and easy to solder.

I'm a big fan of the 4-1 DALRC ESC. Great job in showing it off

What would need to change if I wanted to fly this 4s? Sorry for the novice question but I really beleive this will be my first build. I think it will suit my needs. But I have a large number of 4s batteries already and would like to stay flying them for now. Really nice clean build. Cant wait to see it fly.

Hi Raptor, no need to change!!! when you can fly 5S...you can fly 4S, 3S, etc..... This setup accept all the batteries up to 5S. But you can use less powerful batteries like 4S without trouble! I will post the build video (in english...) this could help you if it's your first build because it's not the easiest one! There are a lot of features on the Jb FC....so you have to know what you're doing! ;-)

Let me know when you post a video of it flying on your YouTube channel too and thank you so much for your reply.

That's a pretty way to build it with that ESC, but that quad itself is right-side up!

This is my favorite build so far- awesome job :D

Pimpmykwad   May 31, 2018

How'd you wire up the Bardwell F4 and the Engine? I'm looking to do the same thing but feel like I'm gonna spark something.

I will post the build video soon and the wire diagram ;-)

This guide will walk you through the process of building your first FPV quad. The goal with this design was to build a low-cost, lightweight quad, yet powerful enough to safely carry a GoPro in close proximity areas. I chose these parts to minimize the amount of soldering at no cost to the quality. A typical build requires around 30 solders while this only needs 25. It's not a huge difference, but..

In late 2019 DJI made inroads into the FPV scene with their remarkable low-latency digital system. It gave us a 720p video feed with latency on-par with the status quo, analog video. Traditionally we've used analog video systems for low-latency video, but the video quality is far from ideal. It's a trade-off we've been willing to accept for the control. Now we've got the best of both worlds and what..
