AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

Hey- great looking build! I want to do the mullet mod to my FX805-OSD but can't seem to find a pinout or clear picture of the wiring anywhere online. Any chance you could add a picture that shows how the cam is wired to the VTx (or just describe which pins need to be replaced with wires and which ones are just structural)? Many thanks!
It was soldered this way when I got it. Unfortunetly it smoked a few days ago and I don't have that camera on the kwad anymore to take a picture for you.
No worries! Sorry to hear you smoked yours... I contacted the guys at TinyWhoop HQ and asked them which connections they use when they mod the cameras - they say to use the three pins on the left (as you look at the front of the camera), as the two on the right are redundant/structural/unnecessary. Thanks for the reply, anyway. Happy flying!
