I decided to do a 6" build and love the Flynoceros frames, so the Aether was a no-brainer. This has to be the most versatile frame on the market, with the option of 3" to 8" arms, 36mmX 36mm or 20mm X 20mm mounting for flight stack and any size FPV camera. Also an infinite choice of vtx and standoff locations. The one thing that stands out as different on this build is the use of the WhiteNoise Unify Pro/FRSKY R-XSR mounting board on top of the DALRC ESC/F405 stack . Together with the TBS Racewire (also a WhiteNoise product) made for a nice clean build.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

Super clean! Do you fly with exposed solder points on the racewire? I'm using racewire also but love the added bling if covering the solder points isn't necessary.
Sorry I'm late getting back to you, been on vacation. So yeah, I just leave them exposed. My thinking is that they don't really need any moisture protection and any kind of a strike is going to just cut through liquid electrical tape anyhow.
