EDIT: Lake ate my quadcopter
So this is my first working build and I'd like to share it with you guys.
Rooster frame is incredibly strong. I've crashed it multiple times and the frame has never been a worry. Some printed upgrades can be added to enhance durability.
TBS Unify Pro HV - Race Edition works so well, I don't really have anything to say about it.
Cl Racing F4S AIO FC has been simple and reliable, with its pads clearly labeled and helpful layout. They provide rubber grommets as well to damp vibrations.
Spedix GS30 ESCs are incredibly small given what it's rated for. They work very well and are hassle free.
Armattan Oomph- Velvet Edition 2300kV motors are absolutely fantastic. Reliable, smooth, strong.
Runcam Swift 2 is a functional camera with decent resolution. It is not IR-blocked and allows greater vision in low light flying. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the GoPro at night.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Just want to ask how the quad I'd going and if you have had any issues? I'm going to build this same build for my first ever drone. But in the new Marmotte frame with the eagle cam, axii stub antenna and Frsky R-XSR reciever. If you know if any of these parts are not compatible please say as I'm new to building. Have a great day, Tyger.
To my knowledge those parts are all compatible with the CL Racing F4S FC. The quad has been holding up great. It would've been greater however, had I not done an inverted nosedive into concrete trying to squeeze in one more flip. Even then, the frame held up solid, no damage to arms. The motors and propellors are a different story. I bent one motor shaft while coincidently, Armattan was having a mad free for all sale, and emptied our their motor stock. I ended up temporarily switching to Emax LS2207 2400kv motors in the mean time.
I'm glad you're building a Marmotte! I've been having issues with the plastic fpv camera casing cracking at the holes from being surrounded by rigid titanium during crashes (energy's gotta go somewhere). I believe hotglue will fix that issue permanently though so it's no big deal. I heard the Marmotte frame changed all that so it shouldn't be a problem on your end.
