The new ZOOT 3" by The Rotorious FPV UndergroundRotorious FPV//Jack just looks absolutely beautiful.
Absolute pleasure to build and piece together.
I call her Purple Haze.
She is kitted out with the Emax F3 Magnum Mini Stack. For the VTX you cannot beat the Eachine VTX02. She is all set up for some juicy HD footage using the Runcam Split Mini 2. Frsky RXSR receiver. On the corners are beautiful 3B Motors 1106 6000kv. I only run 3s on micros which is plenty for a build only coming in at 90g granted it's missing a battery strap and silicone pad.
The ZOOT 3" comes nicely packaged with all the components individual bagged. All the hardware and prints to make the build look super sweet. It does come with a camera mount for the micro hd cams. NOTE I chose purple stand offs from my own stash. Wanted to make the kwad as purple as I could. Stock will come with silver stand offs.
What else can I say but pick one up now available as a 2" also go check out Makeitbuildit for more details.
All I need now is for the rain to stop to give it a good old maiden. Progress of the ZOOT 3"

ZOOT 2" and 3" now available at @makeitbuildit. GO AND CHECK THEM OUT

This guide will walk you through the process of building your first FPV quad. The goal with this design was to build a low-cost, lightweight quad, yet powerful enough to safely carry a GoPro in close proximity areas. I chose these parts to minimize the amount of soldering at no cost to the quality. A typical build requires around 30 solders while this only needs 25. It's not a huge difference, but..

In late 2019 DJI made inroads into the FPV scene with their remarkable low-latency digital system. It gave us a 720p video feed with latency on-par with the status quo, analog video. Traditionally we've used analog video systems for low-latency video, but the video quality is far from ideal. It's a trade-off we've been willing to accept for the control. Now we've got the best of both worlds and what..
