No this is a pure 6s racer.

Then you shouldn't be using the 5.1x4.1x3. You should using the 5.1x5.1x3 or 5.1x4.6x3

Hi Charles, nice build. Based on the above your pick is rather high kv low pitch combo than vica versa? Or what is your approach when picking motor & prop?

1800kv on 6s too high? Not for me. Please realize this is what I'm running this second and things have been tried and changed and tried again a few times since the photo and build post. NOTHING is set in stone. Flying styles/abilities and track conditions, size, and layouts are a major factor in chosing prop, motor, and lipo choice and the ability to finish a race. I'm not a great "racer" in my opinion but those things always remain an issue.

Heres a similar build on the same props and same kv motors. I wouldnt say it's slow at all.

lol i have a park ripper ( its too fast to actullay race unless your vanover ) and its 2150kv 6s on a skinny armed 480g take off running the gemfan 5043 props and i can tell ya its stupid fast.. way faster than 99% of the community could put around a track
