Hi Chaos can you send me the file? I will try to print it at the library near me- thank you

Hi Chaos where can I get one of the TPU mount for the GPS on your airblade

Chaos   Feb 13, 2019

If you talk to Nguyen at Airblade UAV, he would print the gps mount for about $10 and throw it in with your next order. Otherwise find someone local to you that can print TPU. You can reach Nguyen at support@airbladeuav.com.

Yes I do have access. What type of TPU should I use ninjaflex? And any machine settings in particular to use?

Chaos   Feb 13, 2019

Any type of TPU will work, ninjaflex included. I use a Prusa mk3 with standard settings but about 2.5mm of retraction, if it doesnt print neatly then it is probably printing too fast.

Hi Chaos can you post a picture of how you connected your Caddx to the Talon? I am having an issue where I get a blank fpv feed with telemetry with my Split mini 2 and think maybe I screwed up my wiring. But I noticed on the Talon some of the pads are not labeled so maybe I wired the video wire wrong from the camera?

I sure can but away on holidays.    remind me with another message by next Sunday if i dont post a pic for you.

Hi Chaos can you post pics of how you mounted the flight controller and components?

Chaos   Jan 12, 2019

the airblade whitenoise board really helped keep it all clean.  its tight but works well.

Hi great build! I also have a Intrepid 3"pro and was wondering where I could buy the TPU mount for the GPS? How do you like the Superman motors? I am using the RotorX 1404 3600kv they work great with a 650mah about 8-9min causal flying with tiny amout of acro.

Hi what TPU material did you use for the GPS mount ? Did you use ninjaflex and what settings did you use on the printer

Chaos   Jan 12, 2019

it was just a standard tpu material. not sure where it's from.   I print with a Prusa MK3,  mostly default settings but around 2.5mm of retraction.

Philo777   Jan 11, 2019

What kind of mounting screws and standoffs did you use for your Caddx? I have a Split mini and accidentally used metal screws and it shorted my FC- sucks

Chaos   Jan 12, 2019

that sucks man. im using the caddx turtle on this one. just used 2mm screw and standoffs

StickyRice   Jan 11, 2019

can you try 550mah? also is that 7 mins doing hardcore acro or just cruising?

Chaos   Jan 11, 2019

I have 550 also, flight time is still 5-6 minutes. The mentioned 7 min flight time is just long range cruising with the odd acro move, freestyle flight is usually around 3 minutes.

A couple years ago I built the TransTEC Frog and since then I've been patiently waiting for another TransTEC frame to catch my eye. Fast forward to today and the TransTEC Laser S is that frame. It's a 82g racing frame that features 6mm arms, a TPU micro cam mount, 30.5mm and 20mm stack mounts and 3K carbon and 7075 hardware. My goal here was to build a high quality 6S racer at a reasonable price. I'd..

This is the 4th installment to my popular "Wizard Killer" series, and is based on the popular Wizard X220HV 6S. As usual, the goal was to build a substantially better quad, yet come in below the retail price of the BNF kit. Here are some of the improvements: Higher quality EMAX ECO 2306 1700kv motors Foxeer's top-of-the-line Falkor mini camera Eachine 25mw-1000mw Leaf VTX with microphone Tools This..
