I moved my 1s brushless whoop guts over to this frame. Not many local frame designers in the UK - Karl's Bando line are worth a look if you're local.
This little guy is solid and versatile. It works with a variety of motor sizes (07xx to 11xx) and all the micro and smaller class of flight controllers/esc (16x16, 20x20 and whoop 26x26 with an adapter)
keep an eye out for the maiden coming soon.
This actually is a great transplant platform for the fullspeed bat-100; I'll be doing that next and utilizing the 16x16 stack (keeping these motors as the bat-100 motors in both revisions are complete rubbish)
will this frame fit the 56mm KingKong prop?
I love your small buildings! I already built one similar to your Eyas 80mm and now I'm afraid I'm going to build this little mosquito ... If you can upload a video of how it flies, please. Have you modified the canopy? Can you find it on thingivers
Thanks! I only just got a chance to give it a fly, at night.
The canopy is linked in the parts list now. It's a different one than the usual one I use. It doesn't fit as well so probably won't be using this one anymore.
This would perform even better with a 65mm prop but it doesn't fit this frame. I'm working on that though :P
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
