Hello everyone!
My last pieces of puzzle had arrived and I finally finished my 5" Chameleon Ti. The build was fairly straightforward but still had some issues to put all the components together and make as clean as possible. So, my main problem was the TBS UNIFY PRO HV VTX and the JHE42B Finder Buzzer because both are way too big to fit on the baseplate of the frame and have some spare space left. My solution for this problem was the UNIFY PRO HV MOUNTING BOARD from WhiteNoiseFPV. So I made a stack with Wolf PDB, TBS Unify Pro HV on the WhiteNoiseFPV mounting board with the TBS Crossfire Nano RX on the bottom side of the PCB and KISS FC V2 right on top. With this stack I saved some space and I could place the JHE42B Finder Buzzer on the back-side of the frame. This solution is the best combo for a clean build!
Another problem was the camera. The width of titanium camera cage is 28.5mm and the camera has 28mm. I had to put a 0.5mm washer on that empty space and now everything fits perfectly! Also another issue was that i couldn't get a 25-27 degree camera angle, with which I ussualy fly, because the 1.8 mm lens are bigger than I expected so I had to move the camera bracket one space below to make it possible. I had a feeling that this is not the best solution and the bracket will crack on the first crash, but seems that it keeps the camera in place and I didn't have any issues.
This turned out to be a fun build and I'm very proud of what came out in the end.
Hope you like it. Fly safe!
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Your color scheme is really nice, and I don't have to tell you that the gear is all high end stuff. I really like this build, and i'm assuming you LOVE it. I particularly like the 3D printed "front bumper".
Thank you! Yes I love it and it flies amazing. The 3D printed "front bumper" I take it from here:
