UPDATE: So sad to inform that I had the fatal 5v Crazybee F4 Pro regulator fail today. I plugged my 2s battery the FC failed. As per others observations, the FC has no problem with USB connection. This is a known issue with this FC when using xt30 and 18-20 guage wire. Sooo bummed!

UPDATE: Abert Kim just posted a fix for this regulator issue!

Excited to share my Toothpick inspired 2s build! If you haven't been watching, Bob Roogi proposed a new ultralight class that uses the Beecore F4 AIO fligth controller and 1103/ 7500 motors. He's created a frame that is being replicated as everyone waits for the original to be available again on his site. (Kababfpv.com) The frame I used was created by, Alexandre Arvinte, a follower of Bob's and was posted on Thingverse. It's called the Pickle Frame and will serve me well until I can get my hands on the two Toothpick frames that I have on order with Bob. After flying it today, I'm convinced this will be a new class that manufacturers will start paying attention to. It's fantastic in all conditions. Even with a little wind today, it flew great.

It's a pretty straight-forward build that allows 4-5minutes of flight time with characteristics of a larger 4-5" aircraft. You can choose to lighten the load by removing the stock plastic motor connectors and hard wiring. Many are also installing a xt30 connector instead of the stock battery connectors that come with the board. Noticable difference in punch if you choose this path. It is a bit of a soldering challenge!

Once you have it all soldered up, you simply slide the FC and components onto the 20mm M2 screws and then insert the camera into the Beebrain camera holder. This is the best solution so far for this application. The battery and the motor leads are held in place by a rubber band that you wrap around the arms. It's one of those blue ones that you get when you buy produce. AUW is 40 grams with the Gemfan Flash 2540 props. The 350mah Tattu 2s batteries add another 30ish grams.

Final step is balancing props. These tri-blades are good however Bob recommends the KingKong 65mm double blades. I've yet to try them as I'm waiting for Bandgood to ship them..

Someone needs to come out with a 15-20a AIO esc/fc in a 26x26 size.

hey is it because the gauge of the wire was too large or too small? Also Love your build!!! so cleann

This issue is known and has been replicated many times with this FC. We think its a faulty regulator on the board. Albert Kim just posted a great video on how to fix. (link posted above)

Nice little quad! Is this a 110mm wheelbase frame like the toothpick? I can't find any information on the thingiverse page.

You've probably heard the term "Cinewhoop". Traditionally it's a 3" ducted quad capable of carrying a GoPro Hero7 Black at a low 10 degree angle. More recently the term "Cine" has been applied to a number of RTF quads ranging from 85mm to 3". They all focus on their HD capability, but none compare to the stabilization of Hypersmooth (only available on the Hero7 Black). This is what really offers that..

A couple years ago I built the TransTEC Frog and since then I've been patiently waiting for another TransTEC frame to catch my eye. Fast forward to today and the TransTEC Laser S is that frame. It's a 82g racing frame that features 6mm arms, a TPU micro cam mount, 30.5mm and 20mm stack mounts and 3K carbon and 7075 hardware. My goal here was to build a high quality 6S racer at a reasonable price. I'd..
