For my winter rebuild, I decided to try out the Kiss power train.
Got a set of used 24a RE escs for a great deal and I'm using the iFlight Kiss AIO osd board
I originally ordered 2207 2750kv motors but was sent the 2206 2750kv. Banggood customer service took care of me and just told me to keep these!
Just from arming on the bench without props I can hear these motors are smooth.

as I mounted the FC backwards, having the pigtail come up between the titanium cage and the top plate, I reverse the FC orientation in the kiss GUI but I forgot to rotate the motor configuration as well...as this is an AIO flight board. On first hover in the living room (which I have forgotten how terrifying it is as I'm used to micros) it flipped out and burned out an ESC. I was able to get it replaced and now I have also added filtering capacitors onto all four ESCs which should prevent this from happening again.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Great deal on the motors! I've been looking at those, but they're a bit on the pricey side. Let me know how they feel once you get them up in the air.
