I decided to upgrade my tyro99 a little as a fun build. Frame was replaced with the iflight XL5 V3, the bottom plate has been flipped to make room for a 3 high stack.

The stack is the 4in1 ESC and Flight controller from the Tyro99. Motors were replaced with the iflight XING camo 2306 2450kv, except only 3 turned up so to finish the build I got a purple iflight XING 2306 2450kv motor.
The camera is the Runcam Micro Swift 3 V2 with UART control setup. Video output is from a Rush Tank VTX. Finished off with JonnyFPV props, FrSky R9MM and Ummagrip

I have the same frame and wanted a little more room in the stack and never thought to flip the bottom plate But we have very similar taste as our builds are almost twins! I want to replace my Xing 2206 motors with the camo 2306s you are running. I also just started using the Johhny FPV props and love em!

Got to test it out today. The Johnny props and the XING motors are a smooth combo. It's so quiet too.

It's available as a option when getting the frame from iflight. I got mine from banggood when I got the frame. If you search for iflight xl5 v3 sticker it will come up.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
