I love the Gecko frame, but I see tons of builds here.
Wanted to build a 3" HD quad, so decided to see, what I can get out of Anticrime V3 frame.
This is a simple and very affordable 3" frame. More info: https://dima.fi/fpv/anticrime/
There are few builds here already with this frame.

I designed a camera mount, twist lock crash flip fin, micro axii mount and arm guards (to fit the Avenger 1507 motor legs).
Camera mount, Twist lock crash flip fin, Arm protectors, Micro AXII mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3580492

I planned to paint the frame with metallic titanium grey, but tested the twist mount with paint and found out thet the paint will scratch really easily. So decided to go with plain carbon fiber.

I added some photos of a quad in a scale. AUW with 850mAh lipo and (missing) strap would be appx. 270g. If crash flip fin and arm protectors are removed, it should be around 250g. But I didn't aim under 250g, since this build has large(ish) motors.

FPV has had quite a journey. Just a few years ago we started racing drones around a track and doing flips over trees, but professional cinematic FPV is a more recent development. DJI has always owned the drone photography market, but smaller acrobatic drones are starting to enter the market. They have the advantage of close proximity flight indoors and around people. There's more artistic freedom and..

For the longest time we've been limited to 3 to 4 minutes of flight and lots and lots of batteries. With more efficient motors and frame designs it's now possible to push the envelope much further. This guide will walk you through the process of building a micro long range quad capable of flying 8-30 minutes and more than 4km. The build is moderately difficult, but with the right tools and steady hands..
