I had 3 of those and every one did all the things you discribe plus just fall out of the sky for no reason. I was unsucessfull at getting them to replace any of them. After changing the esc it flew right it flew great. At least at that point it was me crashing it not an electronics problem. It's a shame they had so many issues.
