The Pickle is a nano fpv racer using the power train formula refined by KababFPV (check for Toothpick). The principle is to build a light yet very agile 2S little monster.

Note that the Pickle frame and canopy are open source (Creative Commons - Attribution) and available on Thingiverse with a lot of accessories : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3359505. Below the frame is linked to Taco-RC store for convenience but you can cut your own frame quite easily.

This build is very simple, you basically need parts from a power whoop. Best components are listed below. You can use a wide selection of motors/props but they won't be as performant as the ones listed below.

When you build it you should consider the following pieces of advice, otherwise it won't be as fun as it should be :

• Use XT30 connector on the FC board with 18-20 AWG wire and of course XT30 batteries.
• Solder motor wires directly to the FC board, you have to remove the standard motor plugs. It's a precision work but doing so will be more eficient.
• Use a real RX (Xfire or XM+), the quad is fast and the FC with built in rx have quite poor range. You could also consider using a mini Xfire antenna such as the TBS XF-Race. It's way smaller than the classic one.
• The KK 65mm props have a 1mm hole. You'll need to use a 1.45 mm drill bit to make a wider hole that will fit on the motor shaft.
• The overall dry weight should be under 45g to get the best performance.
