Simple challenge. Build a freestyle rig without using tape ties or hook and loop straps . built in adjustable camera mount ,top mount batt strange for me ,i usually go under ..
The bottom plate is not ideal but it made things a little simpler by limiting options.
Many hands make light work , do many arms make quad heavy ,
im aiming for under 650 g all up this is a heavy 5 inch for me , not going to weigh it untill its finished , if its porky ill start a weightloss program.
The point is i dislike ties tape and hook loop straps . I also have a problem with gopro mounts.
why make a frame to carry a camera to only have it strapped on with fabric and plastic ,fine solution for those who are luckey enough to have only one craft, burdened as i am with too many ,a specalist is needed.
also a tatty strap is a real insult to the owner builder , we put all this time and effort into our craft . only to be almost forced to use poxing hook loop straps and some form of heavy non structual battery pad , compromises which are driven by convention and industry greed. big profit in straps and other things that brake.
the frame so far not finished but good enough to add electronics and solve a few minor issues .
side plates release at the back , letting you axcess all areas . action cam can tilt right foward and axcess the tough screen and all buttons..
1300 1500 4s lipo fits nicely on top held in by the side plates and o rings .
So far so good no ties tape or hook loop.
electronics next. all this is pointless because if the new twin cam setup from eachine EDIT Caddx not eachine. can do 4k 60 then thats all she wrote.
I will finish it if asked but at this moment i cant really see a point.
The flip foward canopy is worth using but not on this bottom plate.

In late 2019 DJI made inroads into the FPV scene with their remarkable low-latency digital system. It gave us a 720p video feed with latency on-par with the status quo, analog video. Traditionally we've used analog video systems for low-latency video, but the video quality is far from ideal. It's a trade-off we've been willing to accept for the control. Now we've got the best of both worlds and what..

When the FatShark HDOs hit the market in 2018 the FPV community rejoiced for the new Sony OLED displays. While they lacked further upgrades like an updated DVR and power button they were still a market success. With the 2019 announcement of the Orqa FPV.One the community finally had a potential HDO killer on the horizon. With only weeks before the release of the Orqa FPV.One Skyzone came out of left..
