Lil Deuce

I'm beyond excited to finally get this frame built up. We've been waiting patiently for our motors to finally be released and put them on the frame they were made for (although you can run them on other frames if that's your thing.)

Obviously it's not my thing so I went with the Lil Deuce frame. Great carbon strength and although it was a cozy build with the BetaFpv F4 AIO 12A FC/ESC, TBS Crossfire Nano receiver and Unify Nano Pro 32 and Runcam Nano Racer all stuffed under the canopy - it all fits and stays protected from whatever you might fly this into. (not that anyone would notice - it weighs 55g without a battery)

The AIO flight controller/4in1 ESC has plugs for the motor connectors which coincidentally come installed on the new BARD* Lil Floaters motors. Plug and play. There was some motor remapping in Betaflight and setting the roll axis to the 180 degrees on account that the FC is inverted.

This does have a TBS Crossfire Nano installed so the antenna was a bit disproportionate although I have been looking at a smaller TBS 915 MHz antenna which may bring things back into frame.

This Lil Deuce is ridiculous good fun.

Hopefully the pictures help with another's build process.

It's the current canopy. Reach out to Lil Deuce and they can send you in the right direction.

So hot.
Did you just steal wrckit's build?

HA! Nope. I did get a lot of helpful advice from him though. We are running slightly different FCs and motors. Those are his prints too.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
