Dark badger
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. how much range do you get? what flight times do you get?
Hi, The far I went was 2.5km with the same config in the marmotte frame and 1500mah battery (distance limited by the flight time). With this build I had 7 minutes of flight time with 1800mah. And I will soon test flight time + distance with 2300mah battery (I'll tell you te results).
cool, i was thinking about doing a simular biuld, just contemplating between the marmotte on 5.5 inch or the badger on 6 in. i wish armattan would come out with a 6 in marmotte for the unibody. are you using the full size module or the micro? is the gps hard to setup? sorry for all the questions.
Hi, it is full size module for the crossfire. The gps setup in Betaflight is easy and you just have to solder +,-,rx and tx to the Flight Controller. I find the badger more convenient as you just haVe to change one arm if broken and you can buy one or two in advance instead of waiting a new all frame from Armattan.
I wanted to get the marmotte instead of the badger in fear of vibrations. do you get any vibrations?
how much flight time do you get?
Hi finally did some tests, I got 7:55 minutes with 2300 Mah tattu 4s lipo, no noticable vibrations ;-) cheers
