Moka Mikro revamp

After a lot of flight I decided to change the camera.  I wanted a starlight and good camera.  But the original top plate do not allow micro size camera (19mm x 19mm). So I decided to switch the top plate for a printed canopy.  I have start from one found on thingiverse and modify it.
