It'll comfortably reach things around 6km out and over 1000m up; I'm sure it'd go further if you were keeping it low over flat ground, but I'm always flying mountains.

Since i wanna trying to build djifpv for long range, which 1 you recommend much better either im using tbs crossfire diversity nano rx with dual T immortal or just using crossfire nano rx & single T immortal equiped with gps ( but I'm not really sure if those air-unit competible with it ) what do you think brother ??

The DJI system is promising for long range, but hasn't been well tested yet. The OSD is incredibly minimal, which means you're flying without the kind of information that's necessary for really pushing the limits. If they add current sensor and GPS navigation data, then I'll be more comfortable recommending it. As it exists today, I'd only do midrange stuff with DJI.

For a midrange rig, you're fine with a typical crossfire nano rx and good antenna position. I'd caution you against relying on GPS rescue mode in betaflight -- it works a lot of the time, and some people have had good luck with it, but you're definitely taking a risk when you rely on it. Using GPS for navigation is awesome, but like I mentioned above the DJI OSD doesn't have the ability to show us GPS navigation information.

but i have last question bro, let say Im using gps like BN220 on my dji setup. like you said it doesnt show us the navigation, but how about the rescue mode? is it still can be activated. do you have any advice about it

Like I said above, I don't think you should use rescue mode. It works a lot of the time, but the times it doesn't work could be very bad. It's an interesting thing to experiment with as an advanced feature, but for your long range rig that you want to be really reliable, please don't use it.
