Very nice build! Curious if you managed to fit a capacitor to the esc board? I've started a build with the same frame and stack and struggling to work out how to fit in a capacitor.

Yes it fits, I had to wire it and put in between the FC and the DJI unit

Beautiful drone, congratulations! This frame together with the dji system is going to be my first ever build. just a couple of noob question, what's the name of the cable guards that you have on the arms to protect the cables that go from the esc to the motors??

Is the dji "antenna mounts -holes in the frame" working ok? I see that some people using the non-dji badger frame uses some 3d printed antenna holder, do you think those would be more effective/protective??

thanks and enjoy your great drone!!

Thanks! Sorry for the delayed response. I don't check this site often.

  1. Just some cable Braided Sleeving. You can find it on amazon
  2. The holes are fine, crashed couple times and no problem. Those are well though and they hold the antenas from falling out. Range also works great.

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
