I confess, I was being intentionally obtuse. They seem like a fair bit of unnecesiary weight, and it looks like you have made a lot of decisions to save weight. Just confusing (if you have to get out your nut driver to take it off, why not just take off the whole thing?). You would get a double weight savings if you switched to a 1 piece, because the extra plastic used to accomodate the metal hardware would also go away. I Have struggled with the mounting and dismounting of said plastic gopro mounts a little. I designed several, and printed a few from other ppl's designs. The magic moment was when I realised that I would get the angle and height I wanted in the design if I simply put it on, and took it off without the gopro in it. Now none of mine can be installed or removed with the session in them, but they are ideal in every other way.
