The BEST 2.5" 1s toothpick I've built to date.
Changes In v3:
1) FC has been upgraded to the Happymodel Crazybee F4 Lite w/ Integrated Frsky RX and 25mW VTX
2) Camera has been upgraded to the Runcam Nano 3
3) Motors have been upgraded to GepRC GR1102 14000kv (Slightly heavier but faster speeds and superior durabilty vs HM ex1102)
4) Props have been upgraded to HQ T65x3 (.2g heavier vs bi-blade options but 33% more surface area)
5) JESC 48Khz and RPM filtering (Details @ https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3374061-JESC-Surgical-Precision-with-Rpm-Filter-on-BLHeli_S)
6) Flying 520mah 1s GNBs for 6-7 min of mixed flying
Build Notes:
1) Almost no soldering is required to complete this build other then the motors which is probably the hardest thing to do due to the size of the tiny pads. To make it easier id advise pre-tinning all motor pads / motor wires prior to soldering to the FC. Itll make it much easier for the two to join cleanly and there is not a lot of room for error due to how close together they pads are.
2) Due to the short length of the cameras 3p cable you are limited in terms of which direction you can mount the FC/Canopy. I had to rotate the FC 180 degrees in Betaflight so that the FC's USB is facing the front other wise it wouldve been facing one of the sides and the balance of the frame wouldve been slightly off.
Betaflight:
1) Per Joe Euclid creator of the JESC FW and BF Dev - w/ F411 CPUs running the 48khz mod its best to use 4k/4k Gyro/Pid Loop Update frequncies and DSHOT 300 (https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=43609211&postcount=1028)
2) Since the FC is rotated you will need to do resource mapping in order to change motor layout to match the FC's orientation (https://oscarliang.com/betaflight-resource-remapping/)
3) Depending on the TX you use and the FW version your FC is running there are some bugs in the latest version of Betaflight that may affect Frsky SPI rxs and cause lockups in D16 mode (https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3244881-Dropouts-Lockups-In-D16-Mode-With-Telemetry-On-In-SPI-Receiver-Flight-Controllers)

Hi, i was searching for reliable 1s motors, i bought the hyperlite from kabab a year ago and they are very bad in terms of punch power and durability, i even bought loctite glue in order to fix the shafts but i had enough. I cannot wait to see the flight footage and i would like to know if i should buy them in your opinion
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

Can you please share your PIDs? I use the same board for a 3" toothpick. The quad is wobbling around and does not hold position very well in angle mode
Either that board has some issues or you need to recalibrate the accelerometer.
