Mostly pictures for now but I'll answer any questions as soon as I can
The screws are still steel not aluminum! I grabbed them as spare parts for my KababFPV Glide frame but they look sweet on the gecko too!!!
I'm only using the high kv version of the emax motors cause i didn't like the 6s battery options available at the time but now that I have found that two 3s toothpick batteries in series make the perfect pack for this quad I'll probably fully commit to 6s and switch over to the 2700kv version of the RS1306B's and get rid of the 66% motor output limit. Even with the high kv motors I still get a solid 4:30 of hard acro if i use the Gemfan 3018 Biblades and then I can still fly another 20 seconds of cruising to finish off the battery at 3.5v so that after resting it comes up to 3.7v. When I switch to Low kv motors i will try the 3016 Gemfan Triblades I bet the power and efficiency will be out of this world!

It does indeed rip, but i can't wait to go low kv I bet it will take this to the next level! heres a vid from earlier this week on Gemfan 3018 Biblades. This was pulled from the first two packs I flew at this new spot. I ran low beffore getting to this awesome place but I'm going back for sure!

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
