My first 5" quad, so I went for fairly simple parts. Got lots of the stuff in some sales / clearance sales, so some components are slightly dated. Quad still flies awesome and is running on BetaFlight 4.1.6 with RPM filters enabled, mostly stock PID values. Definitely a huge difference compared to 3", especially the weight you can throw around.
Total cost for me was 120ish USD.
