Threw together a basher quad from the old parts bin.

The 4in1 ESCs are from the eachine minicube back in 2016!
Some may know the old piko blx boards - this is using HGLRC's version of the board, also from 2016! Of course, no OSD so I've installed a beeper.
Too bad the piko boards have a hardware conflict and cannot support RPM Filtering...

Rotorious FPV's Crook got a little refresh - the arms splines are asymmetrical but it's still a squared X layout. I didn't use the printed cam/vtx holder. This frame is extremely light.

The most modern bits are the motors and props. Motors are happymodel 1203 5,500kv which refreshingly looks pretty solid. The gemfan 3016 tri-blades are surprisingly easy to spin and seem perfectly matched for this weight quad.

The winds died down and the skies cleared around midnight in the city. Got two packs in and this was the 2nd one.
450mah 3s 75c tattus flew over 7minutes! albeit mostly cruisy

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
