Apex 6" Butterkwad 2.0

This build started out life as an DJI HD build on the ImpulseRC Apex frame. It flew great, but the inevitable happened and I broke an arm. When looking online for a replacement I found the 6" arms are now available so I decided to pay homage to my old Butterkwad I had a few years ago. On 5" I had 2306 motors, which would've worked fine, but I decided to go with some 2207.5 T-motor HOM 1750kv motors for the little extra starter volume. It runs on 6s with an AUW of around 650g, but I dont run a gopro on this setup. I may switch to some 2308's in the future and run my hero7.

Did you have any issues getting crossfire connected to the FC? I can't get any stick inputs from my qx7s

no issues here. if you flip the nano so the ground is in the top right corner connect it in this order to your fc. grand -grnd, 5v -5v, channel 1(tx) -uart rx, channel 2(rx) - uart tx. the tx and rx switch from nano to fc. make sure they are both on the same uart and the uart is free on your fc. if your using an f4 fc do not use the sbus pad because it is inverted.

I am using the same FC (Kakute f7 HDV) I have tried UART 3,4 and even connected it to 6 with no luck. Reflashed firmware on everything.

mine is connected using uart 4, as long as you have checked serial rx for the uart you used in bf it should work. I'd double check the rx tx placement on the fc, it's easy to get mixed
