It's time for the yearly rebuild of my beloved orange Armattan 4'' Japalura. I finally decided to ditch the standard size flight controller and separate ESCs and go with a smaller 20x20 stack. I've been having great luck with the Diatone Mamba F405 MK2 stacks so I went with the Diatone Mamba F405 Mini MK2 stack. I've also been having great luck with the Rush Tank VTx lineup so I used the Rush Tank Mini. It previously had BrotherHobby Avenger 1507-4100kv motors and replaced them with the new BrotherHobby VY 1507-4150kv motors. Lately I've been putting a GPS on a lot of my builds and wanted to put one on the Japalura, The larger top plate is the perfect size to hold a GPS so I drew up a TPU mount that clips into two of the four holes. I couldn't really find a good spot to mount the TBS Immortal T antenna so I made one that slides over the smaller top plate and holds the antenna in place with a couple zip ties.
That is the cleanest most meticulous race wire install I have seen. Â Looks great!
