Transtec Freedom v2 - DJI FPV Conversion
I set myself the challenge adapting the Transtec Freedom v2 to the DJI FPV system.
The result is a one of a kind, compact and almost indestructible quad.
Transtec is my favorite frame manufacturer from the point of quality.
No the edges are not trimmed but they provide you with the hardest carbon I ever touched.
I am surprised their frames aren't more popular.
This build is really compact and together with an indestructible frame, it makes for an agile little monster.
The center of mass is kept as to the original frame design by putting the AU above the FC.
For this build I needed to incorporate an all in one FC & ESC due to no space on the arms for ESC's.
Luckily iFlight's new SucceX-A F4 AIO 40AMP FC fulfills these specs.
Now the top plate only has to be raised by 2.5mm which is hardly noticeable.
If you consider this build than all components are listed below.
The print yourself kit is available, together with the necessary instruction for both CRSF or dual antenna mount.

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
