I won the Megabat frame in a raffle. I was origonaly ganna use a Radix Li and a Hobbywing 4-1 but the esc did not fit into the Megabat frame. I used a HGLRC stack that I had laying around to build this rig. With no tuning it flys well. I don't really trust the HGLRC stack so I haven't done any fancy flying with it. SInce 1925kv is quite high for a 7 inch I added a motor output limit. So on 6s the kv is 1500 and on 4s its the full 1925kv. I took a risk and used a rubber band as a battery strap, so far it has held up well. I am amazed at how much more adgile this frame is compared to my other quads. It is also by far the lightest 7 inch I've ever flown. I would highly recomend this frame to anyone that enjoys some backyard flying. This is not really a bando ripper or a long range rig.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
