UltraLite 5”, BrotherHobby 2004 w ET 5 - 155g!

I knew when I heard about the upcoming 2004's from BrotherHobby that there would be a set of 4 in my future!

I haven't been able to get a BetaFPV 35a aio yet so I decided to use their 20a v3 aio. Now this means I need to dial it back a bit to keep from frying the aio. With the Gemfan 5125 Hurricanes in the photos, the throttle needs to be limited to 80%. Another prop option is the HQ T5x2 bi-blade. The throttle limit can be turned up to 85% for the bi-blades.

An ultralight 5" can definitely be made even lighter than the 155.1g of this build. I've already seen some builds @20-25g lighter! Can't wait to get my hands on the BetaFPV 35a aio or even the upcoming CLRacing aio to really unleash these beasty new BrotherHobby motors!

PS - the Megabat canopy was TOO cool not to use! ;p

How are you liking these motors? I build a Power Pick 5" similar to this with 2203 FPV Cycle motors. I got tangled up in a tree and fell maybe 5 feet down onto concrete and somehow bent 2 motors in the process. I don't think I'm going to replace them as they are a little heavy (20g) and didn't seem to hold up to a minor impact. So I'm interested in these or the xnova 1804.

This looks badass! :)

I just flew my 4" Micro Reverb on these motors and it hauls a hero or session no problem. 7 minutes with session and 4s 850!
