FPVCrate's latest frame. It is the Stark made by T-motor. The frame seems to be of good quality carbon. The arms are nicely finished. My only complaint so far is that this is a strictly 5" frame. The rear standoffs are wider than the front and have clearance issues. I only had one set of props that would clear, and even at that the gap is very small. I had to abandon the tpu antenna mount and use zip ties because of the clearance issue.
Maiden flight went without issue. Flashed BF4.2 and running rpm filtering. I have converted almost all my kwads to 4.2 and have seen significant improvements in all of them so far. BF 4.2 is really smooth.
This is also my first RunCam Pheonix 2 camera. I really like it. So far this is my favorite cam. And it is relatively cheap compared to the others that are near this quality.
Update 9/13/20
Ive had lots of issues with this quad. The maiden flight was good. The second flight was not great. During arming on the third flight, the ESC caught on fire at the connector. Nothing else appeared damaged, so I replaced the ESC with a Mamba F50 Pro. Ater that it flew like garbage - no amount of tuning could get it right. I figured it may be a FC issue, so I replaced the flight controller to a HGLRC Zeus F7. That helped some, but it still flew terrible with lots of vibrations and it was pretty twitchy. So it sat for several months in the drawer. I finally installed Emuflight on this thing and used one of the 5" presets. Now it flies great. Not the best of my fleet, but really fun. Also I have found that the arms are pretty weak on this frame. I snapped two of them off in a relatively light crash. Must have hit just right, because they both snapped and I didnt even bend a prop. Fortunately the arms are pretty easy to get and replace. Here is the 2nd flight with Emu installed:
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
