Nice I gonna build the same with 1507 2700KV motors. I will be a 3D LOS drone. Be honest, isn't 3800KV not to much for this build with 5" props ?

Sweet build! Amazing job keeping the weight down - I just finished a similar build (same frame) but with lighter motors (1505 3600kV) and it's 14g heavier! 👍👍👍

Did you post your build ? mine is the same weight with 1207 motors... I think the 20 mm stack I used adds weight and should be replaced by an AIO FC+ESC whoop sized board.

No, not yet. I used the BetaFPV 20A AIO. I know some of my extra weight comes from the fact I used a micro rather than a nano-sized camera, and I also used a bigger antenna. Also wklee.fpv's build here is really neat and tidy compared to mine - I probaby added another gram or two from having wires too long, too much tape and zipties etc.

how is the ESC delivering the amps ? I saw the pads are tiny, do you feel it has a lot of power or the 30A is marketing ?

Love the canopy! To be fair, I have loved most of your canopys.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
