This monster is intended to be a freestyle tank. Took the unusual choice of Tyro79 motors. The Tyro79 was my first build and the motors have been reliable and are cheap to replace. That's a big plus when you're rocking 8 of them.

The T-Motor F4 has 6 motor outputs. However, you can remap any one UART (Tx Rx pair) to create two new motor pins. I stole UART 6 and successfully demonstrated motor signal to the new pins. If you use this same configuration, you'll need to wire the second ESC to the pads on the FC. Don't connect the second red wire! It's running full battery voltage and the FC only needs 5V.

I placed the ESCs back to back with the radiators facing away from each other. This meant motor remapping, but that's easy and a one-time job. Each ESC has its own dedicated battery. Both ESCs send 5V to the FC so the craft is redundant in batteries, ESCs and motors. And that way we'll have it. [/Bluth]

All eight motors installed and wired up. Trying to sort out how to get the flight controller to understand there are two different 4-in-1 ESCs.
