  • About 211 grams AUW (incl. Insta360 GO) with a Tattu 4s 650mah
  • The RotoriousFPV Zoot 3" frame has separate arms and weights about 30 grams fully assembled (without TPU)
  • The flight time is about 3-5 minutes with a Tattu 4s 650mah
  • The iflight 1404 (4600kv) are pretty good, the Brotherhobby VY 1504.5 (3950kv) may be better
  • The Tattu 4s 650mah are cheap and accessible, but a GNB 4s 550/450mah may be better
  • Running Betaflight 4.2 stock pids + hd preset, D min off
  • I get the least amount of jello while using the HQProps 3x2.5x3
  • I suspect the Motors are causing the jello (they are "notchy"), I may try the Brotherhobby VY 1504.5 in the near future
  • A ND-filter could be a possible solution to solve the Jello-issue, too
  • The TPU-mount for the Insta360 GO provides basic lens protection and secures the camera very tightly, no problems with over-heating so far
  • Props are slightly in view, but the grey HQProps are not very noticeable
  • The Insta360 GO is currently one of the best options for HD on a micro, but it has its flaws (image-quality, storage space and battery life)
  • The "FPV Stabilization" of the Insta360 GO looks pretty nice

Update: Brotherhobby VY 1504.5 (3950kv)

  • Stlighty heavier, about 216 grams AUW (incl. Insta360 GO) with a Tattu 4s 650mah
  • Slightly shorter flight times
  • Slightly "smoother"
  • Still jello, but not very noticeable
  • The HQProps 3x2.5x3 still work pretty good

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
