Just a follow up version to my previous budget MK4 quad build.
The Mk4 frame performed exceedingly well on the 2205 2300kv, but I had the opportunity to try some motors from Mad Components, their 2306 SRS 400 2750kv for 4s and build their 2306 in 1600kv for 6s and wowzers.... is all I can say in terms of performance and durability.
Mad Components is a manufacturer of brushless propulsion systems for large commercial/industrial/ & film industry UAVs and probably one of the best quality motor manufacturers the fpv community doesnt know about.. some people with top-shelf builds also may not realize they are actually utilizing their motors, as their designs are re-released for popular name/sponsorship.
Their line up is now available in the US and available now through their amazon store. I highly recommend giving these a shot before you pull the trigger on the regular hype..they wont disappoint.
They also maybe interested in developing micro series motors for smaller builds, What would this community like to see in terms of 1407 - 15XX sized motors & KV ranges, leave a comment & your input below!

With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
