Another 2" 1s

This is another simple 1s build. Transferred parts from my 1s micro raven to this prototype frame, swapped out camera for Caddx Ant Lite and used a Beebrain canopy. Using HQ 2x2x4 props. Weight is 31.9g dry. Frame is 3.62g. I could save some weight if I were to use a true AIO FC with integrated VTX and RX. For now im using an eachine nano VTX and Frsky XM RX. Gets about 2 minutes with Tinywhoop 333mah batteries charged to 4.2v and not HV 4.35v. Kinda disappointed with the flight times, im going to have to double-check that I have the right jesc firmware. I have RPM filter running fine but maybe its not the 48kz version? Flies great indoors, but gets blown around outside.

Frame available on Armattan: https://armattanproductions.com/pages/product_details/26861

The version on Armattan has slightly more material around motor mounting screws

don't use any 300mah. i don't even like 300mah for my 1s 0802. use 450mah or 600mah instead.
cut those props down to 2 blades.
do those 2 things and it would fly a lot better.

DJI has always owned the drone photography market, but smaller acrobatic drones are starting to enter the market. They have the advantage of close proximity flight indoors and around people. There's more artistic freedom and..

For the longest time we've been limited to 3 to 4 minutes of flight and lots and lots of batteries. With more efficient motors and frame designs it's now possible to push the envelope much further. This guide will walk you through the process of building a micro long range quad capable of flying 8-30 minutes and more than 4km. The build is moderately difficult, but with the right tools and steady hands..
