My second Armattan Tadpole, but this time a special one a 3" with space grade carbon bottom plate. I topped it off with the new lite grip. it sticks so good that O won't even need a lipo strap.
It looks Stunning, so far I've just flew it with 2.5" props since that's the only thing I forgot.
On this build I used the Iflight Xing 1204, wanted a bit more punch and dame it has some punch.
Uaed a 4s tattu 450mah, and it goes smooth. gonna try a 2s18650 just for fun to see how long it stays in thr air.

I never have been a great fan of a plastic canopi so the Armattan Tadpole cought my eye straight away. the single carbon bottom part helped at well it makes a clean build as well. the weight for the frame it self is not that bad at all as well.

Still looking for a good vtx so I can get a better range out off it. For now I'm using the r-xsr receiver but soon it will be upgraded to the Crossfire nano.
what do you think off the Tadpole?!

I love my Tadpole. How are those motors?
Right now I'm running 1404 3700kv and it doesn't have quite the top end punch I really want. A little heavier than I was aiming for, too. It's a bit chonky with the 1404. It still rips though!

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
