This is my first build. Hardest decision I had was where to put the receiver, and I ended up putting it under the FC. Really impressed with how it flies, its easy to control but it faster than heck. Over 7 min cruising on 3S 450mah. Punchout is crazy. Its very very quiet, that impressed me the most. I chose the toothpick stack because I'm toying with adding a Runcam Split. Still trying to decide on that.... update: I've upgraded the VTX to TBS Unify Pro32 Nano. The GepRC vtx that came in the stack kept cutting out on me. Tad has had an adventerous life so far, even spent a couple of nights in a storm drain before I got the Municple Utility District to retrieve it for me. I hit a tree limb and ended up diving down the storm drain. Like a goof I tried to fly down there and got stuck about 4 feet down the pipe under the street. Goofy and a learning experience. If I'd just stopped I could have retrieved it with a rake, but no I had to fly it down the pipe.. I also actually broke the Armattan frame trying to power loop and diving into the street. Armattan lived up the warranty and Tad is back together off the bench and ready for more adventures. Love this quad!

It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
