I love the plastic used on the 65mm cockroach and was expecting the same for the 75mm. It's not :( This plastic seems very brittle, but I crashed pretty hard onto concrete and it didnt crack [yet]..

The fc and vtx are very close so i made a little tape barrier to prevent any shorts if the boards should touch. I did have to remove the center strut to allow for my fc and vtx combo to fit. Since this frame comes with a carbon fiber brace it shouldn't be too big of an issue structurally.
rx sits nicely in front of the vtx. I added a cam plug this time so i dont need to cut my cam wires and can easily swap out without soldering. worth the extra bit of weight. I gave up on soldering motors.. unless i have to its not worth the hassle.
beeper added :)
Instead of hex bolts, i used the tiny plastic screws this time. Im working on a smaller strap.
This canopy doesnt do much but hold the camera in place. A better protecting canopy is in the near future

A note about this particular FC...
I had issues with gettng the vtx tab working in betaflight... i fixed it but quickly forgot how I did it thinking it was just a one off issue. I bought a second fc and it had the same issue. The firmware its shipped with is the issue. I update to the latest geprc f411 fw and issues are gone :)

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
