To be able to fly a bit more outside in the open when I crash/break my only 210mm Rotor I wanted to build a second frame. Decide to go for the Lumenier QAV-X with Kiss electronics. Specially because of the telemetry that shows power consumption during flight etc. With my QAV210 it's now a bit of a gamble when the battery is low.

So build the Rotor with all the wires to the KISS ESC's. The rest of the build nothing special. Used the Racepod from Lumenier for the QAV-X. That was a little tight fit with some of the parts but I managed to get everything inside of the Racepod. Haven't had the change to fly it but hoping on some better weather and then some flight time on this frame.

Will add some photo's of the quad soon...

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
