I still have parts from my first tinyhawk drone and i am determined to use everything until it works no more :)
the frame is sandwiched between the fc and vtx/rx
The frame is cracked in two spots from a previous build and crash. I super glued and used some tape.
the motors have plugs soldered back onto them.
I had a lot of issues with the fc video in.. but it turns out the two cameras i was testing with were both crapped out.... took a while but finally got everything working.
I spaced on putting the third bolt on some of the motors. The RR ripped off and stripped out the threads... fortunatly i still have more tinyhawk motors :)
as for landing i fly over a bush and cut the power ;)

Are you running on 2S batteries on these 0802 16000 kV motors? Are they not too hot after the flight?

yup 2s.. they get warm ~ hot depending on my level of aggressiveness. Never scalding though.
I used to run my 2s 300 on my THii daily....
I haven't melted them yet.

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
