I usually warm up lipos in my pocket before I fly them, but flight time, let's say at sub -5° temps is around 2:30 mintes with 650mah cnhl 2s 70c packs, you can't really push it tho, it can't deliver the amps for long in cold temps like...

In the summer (around 25C°), it can fly for up to 3:30 on 650mah 2s packs

have you tried light weight , light pitch prop and something like 450mah 3s

low pitch props don't work well (no powah) on heavy quad with gopro like this one, tried gf 3016, 3018 and some others... super high pitch props like gf d76 aren't ideal either (short flight time). Gf 3028 are the best balance of power and flight time...
Tried it with 3s too, it flies bit better but I only have 2s packs... also you should go with bigger capacity lipo since few extra grams on battery won't save the weight of gopro, so I also fly it sometimes on 1300mah 2s, you can get like 5 mins of flight time and can do lot of punch outs ðŸ˜
