This is my first mini quad. I just got into FPV, and wanted to build my first drone. The quality on the frame is amazing. It flies like a dream!
The fuel tubing did not last long on the antenna. I have since switched to hard plastic RC antenna tubing, and caps with one running out the back with my triumph instead of both out the top.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..

How'd the paracord/battlecord work out for you? I picked up some 550 but it's not wide enough for all my motor wires at once.. Maybe the battlecord would work, but I've got enough of this for a lifetime now! I'll probably just end up wrapping each one individually like you did.
Hey, so I as well bought too much 550 lol. It was too small for the motor or telemetry wires like you said. I pulled the trigger on battlecord and now I have both of enough for a lifetime lol
The battlecord is 1/4" so it's perfect for either the 3 wires from the motor, or I used it on the 3 middle wires from the kiss esc to kiss fc, the lipo power wires, and the RX + vtx wires to clean it up. I used the 550 on the power wires to pdb.
Main reason I didn't use the BC on the motor wires is the run was too short to get a piece on there while soldering and have it look good, so I left those bare.
Thanks!
