The FRAME!!!! What a cool concept!!!
Also: those are yuge' motors to run on an AiO, I am simultaneously scared, and excited for you. Fingers crossed, I hope it lives up to it's claims :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the frame, what an awesome design. I worry that the kind of leverage you are gonna get in a crash wants the arms to be the structure, instead of being attached to the structure... I really hope i'm wrong, but mostly I hope you don't crash it :)
Please update! I would love a video of your experience with it, regardless of what you choose to show.

Many thnx! I will give video update next week. Today i have had a short testflight in garden, all good so far.
Maybe the AIO will explode with 6S :-) In case of crash i will re-cut frame parts, no problem.

Great job! I would just cut some spare arms and base plate, looks to be where the frame would break since its not a single plate although your arms seem to be thicc I think they for sure will snap there.
