I wanted to make a light weight 3 inch. I'm at 40g right now with minimal wiring, lighter parts and less steel and heat shrink. I cut off the back post from the frame so I could mount the fc pointing down. It's held on by three bolts and I have had no issues so far. I rarely run 2s...
I tried to de-pin the fc, but failed miserably this time around. I could not get most of the pins out the board so I was forced to surface level solder the motors. Three pairs of reading glasses stacked on my head gave me the vision i needed :)
I added a lollipop antenna and a tiny hawk2 capacitor to clean up the video.

1s 450m 3-4min crusing (batteries are not the freshest)
1s 650m 7-8min crusing (fairly fresh battery) these have been the longest flights by far I've ever had.
2s 300m 2min cruising but hard to resist punch outs with this power (old ass tinyhawk 2 batteries)

This bad boy makes me not miss chikNhead so much :)
Im gonna buy more 650s
