I lost this quad in the water and there it laid for a month and half. Finally recovered it a couple weeks ago. I never did post the original build here on RotorBuilds but since I am rebuilding it again, I'm posting it. Odd that the original build, I couldn't fit RK5051 props but now I can. 374 grams, minus GoPro and lipo.

What effects do you think the water had if any on the carbon? Were any components salvaged afterwards? I see the carbon edges have some color left... Was that pre-dunk?

So crazy.. How'd the recovery go? What was the process? The session is good!? Was there a recording of the dunk?

Session works. There was condensation underneath the lens protector and LCD screen. I took off the protective lens an opened the side door and let it air dry for a day or two. It still works. Wifi connects. Video and audio records. The sd card was still good too. Here is a video of my recovery.

Now we've got the best of both worlds and what..

When the FatShark HDOs hit the market in 2018 the FPV community rejoiced for the new Sony OLED displays. While they lacked further upgrades like an updated DVR and power button they were still a market success. With the 2019 announcement of the Orqa FPV.One the community finally had a potential HDO killer on the horizon. With only weeks before the release of the Orqa FPV.One Skyzone came out of left..
