wanted to have a top mounted free style wide x at 3"?
here is one!!
I wanted this time to have a no decased vista with adapter on top of the fc. Top plate is bolted with extra large m1.6 and stock kit ones on the bottom.
Firts flight impressions with 3s 450mah and betafpv stock pids: Impressive! Sharp and precisse. Im still learning freestyle tricks but i found perfect for this. I need to try with 2s.
Another good option should be with 1303 motors.
When I have the chance I will post the flights.
Update: on 3s it consumes quite quickly the batteries, around 3min. I replace the nebula v2 by original dji camera i have...there is a huge difference on the image quality.
Update2: I changed to robo 1202.5 now dry 81gr instead of 95gr with less power but more balanced overall. On 1404 with 3018 quite noise at highest rpm. with the windancers 3028x3 on 1404 are fine and smoother. I prefer 3016x3 on 1202.5 as it takes useful throttle range while on 1404 i did not use more than 80%. i will try 1303 when i have the chance.
Update 3: after some more testing:
1202.5 are much more silent, perfect for a park. h115x is really shaking under high wind.
if you look for balance thurst/flight time: hqprop 3x1.6x3 2s 450mah 6 to 4 min at 3.5vper cell at end of flight.

I also tried the 2.5 version and behaves better under heavy wind but also due to reduced disk loading reduce further the flight time, 3-4min
