It appears that your props might be on upside down, if you havent figured it out yet. Lookin good for first build though.
pretty sure they are correct for props in but will double check before i set her loose
Not the clockwise/counter clockwise direction, thats up to you. Looks like they need to be flipped like a pancake. Any writing on the prop should be on the same side as the direction of travel. I could also be seeing this 100% wrong in the picture too, but if its the case it will solve at least one problem you may have.
