Welcome
this is my glide build number 3 and the nicest of the lot.
1x is build from old parts and is the beater as such
1x is nearly identical to this build bar on eco2 motors
1x is setup on cineglide dead cat arms
overall the fpvcycle glide is my favourite frame, its a light and strong frame just dont weigh it down, as you can see im sub 600g mind you the batteries are 170g and the runcam 5 orange is a bit lighter than a session, but theres no unnessesary tpu and no extra parts, they fly very well and crash suprisingly well too.
I run all steel hardware but i onky run 3x bolts in each motor, the tape on the motor wires is electrical loom builders tape its got a fibre type construction and is super durable with prop strikes, also just some foam landing pads cut down ad ziptied to the arms with the wires take care of all that.
The antenna inspiration comes from ciottifpv its just a tpu antenna tube holder with some heatshrink and a ziptie inside the shrink wedged into the antenna tube holder. super super durable with crashing/ rolling, I heatshink the vtx well to keep the ufl on but have never ripped an antenna out yet.
AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
